IT IS ALWAYS, ALWAYS BIGGER THAN YOU THOUGHT.
Do not be fooled, even if you are a world expert estimator complete with COCOCOBANA and electric fan, even if you have a full set of past metrics and a record which says you are normally within 5% accuracy, deep down you still feel it should not take as long as the figure you have just come up with.

I am the founder and Chairman of the Kohd Group of companies working in media, publishing and technology. I have a couple of technology Fellowships and am a Chartered IT Professional. I am also a Master Practioner of Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP), a qualified Hypnotherapist, Reiki Master, and a Time Line Therapist. It is in this area that I have given some of my time to help successfully developing the mental game of young people in a number of different sports.
