The Right Stuff

To have any chance whatsoever of establishing themselves as a team, a group must share a set of reasonably common objectives. I do not mean the kind of 'formal' objectives that we are becoming so hung up on these days, but they want to 'do' the same things, that they are headed in the same general direction. One of the tricks in achieving this commonality is picking the 'right' people. Some people, for example, do not want to take risks and do 'new` things.
