The Uniqueness of Teams

Teams are always unique. The fact they are always unique is one of the things that makes them a team. if no uniqueness exists then they are not really a 'team' simply a group of people who are called, or call themselves, a team. What do I mean? They will have their own private jokes and ways of looking at things. They will have a 'style' of working that is different to the way others do the same tasks and which cannot be replicated in as successful a manner by others. This uniqueness will go outside the work environment and cover music, TV, films, and all the other aspects of everyday life that are also part of normal working conversations.
